We offer Christian educational opportunities for both adult and children and youth.
Adult Education
Opportunities to learn about the Bible, theology, spirituality, and living our faith in daily life are available at Shepherd of the Mountains.
Adults meet semi-weekly during the school year on Sunday mornings from 8:45 am – 9:45 am in the library. Topics change monthly and formats for the class include studying books, the Bible, current event articles, and watching and discussing videos. Guests and visitors are welcome.
A fiction and non-fiction book club meets monthly in members’ homes. Members of the group select books to read on a range of topics based on their interests, current best-sellers, and recommendations.
Children & Youth
“Be still and know that I am God.” Psalm 46:10
God has created our youth and families.
Christ cares about our youth and families.
The Holy Spirit is at work in our youth and families.
Grace abounds in, through, and around our youth and families.
Here at Shepherd of the Mountains, church leaders and parents are working together to help our youth grow in faith and discipleship of our Lord by encouraging them to participate in our youth and educational offerings.
Shepherd of the Mountains offers Sunday school for all ages during the school year and youth fellowship activities.
We encourage all ages, even adults to consider what steps can be taken this year, whether it be a class or including a new habit in their daily lives to grow in faith.
