While our communication has been lacking, the building process is moving forward. We are currently in a patient stage of the planning process where we have asked builders to estimate the costs for our project. We have received one estimate and are currently awaiting one to two more estimates. In addition, we are exploring financing options for the project. As soon as we have a better idea of costs, we will start to get specific with the plans and move forward. Our expectation is that we will be able to lock in plans and costs by the end of the year and be able to present a final plan for building and financing for congregational approval by early January.
We recognize that fund raising will be an on-going effort and request that you continue to prayerfully consider your commitments extending into 2013 and beyond. Our goal is to break ground on Easter Sunday!
